“This is the second time I’ve stayed at this property and it has sense went downhill. First of all I paid $400 plus for a patio room and seeing how there were no more rooms available at check in was placed in an accessible room close an entrance very noisy. Second I was not made aware at the time of booking that the pool was not open and this is one of the reasons I stayed there. Also paid for breakfast with my booking and never received that . After talking with hotel staff, they informed me...

“Amazing staff, I was there during RAGBRAI they did breakfast 1h earlier then normal to support us. I really appreciate my stay there”

“Spider webs stains in curtains water in tub wouldn't completely shut off. No continental breakfast. Smelled stale and old. Wall paper pealing. Outside looked terrible and un inviting. Back hurts from the bed almost 36 hrs later. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone... personally would like a full refund..”

“Clean property, free walnut chocolate chip cookies at check in, comfy beds and pillows, nice decor. Bathrooms clean. We didn’t use the pool and workout room but they looked nice. There is an optional buffet breakfast for $9.99 per person but we didn’t eat it. The lady at the front desk didn’t tell us about this breakfast so that is why I didn’t give her an excellent rating. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Banging air conditioner unit, had to move to different room. Staff person assured that he'd help us do so. He left as soon as he knew A/C was OK. He acted indifferent--completely baffled that we wanted a room without a clanging A/C unit. I pointed out how dirty the upholstery was on a chair. He shrugged his shoulders and left fast. Similar chair in the quiet A/C unit room was just as dirty. I tried never to touch it! The manager needs to know about that young man. He is too stupid and / or too...

“Nice. Clean. Good breakfast. Noisy A/C disturbed our sleep.”

“This was a one night stay, traveling home from a family vacation. The room was clean, but extremely warm when we entered. Thermostat set at 74 on a 100 degree day at 9:30pm. Room was updated, but not high end material. The elevator conveniently out of service over night, first thought was electricity costs. Hard on elderly travelers and disabled trying to maneuver stairs. Not much of a breakfast offering. Won’t stay again.”
