“Cute little homestay. The dog sounds like it is the biggest meanest dog ever... he is not. He is small, cute and really wants to be chased around the house. The rooms are perfect, AC, Bathrooms are nice with hot showers and a fridge. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Location is great, the town is super noisy and busy, this place is about 200 meters from the busy busy road. 5 minute walk to the beach. Definitely recommended.”

“Amaloh Boutique Resort offers a very relaxing holiday experience. The staff are very welcoming; the accommodation is oversized and very comfortable; the swimming pool is terrific for being able to swim laps; the oceanfront location fabulous with kayaking and ocean swimming available . We were two couples, from Norway and Australia) and we absolutely loved this boutique hotel. Perfect for a three night stay after travelling around the highlands of Sri Lanka.”

“Disappointing stay in AgaSurf View. I scratch my head at the other reviews. We did have terrible weather during our stay which did not help but the room 's water did not work, the toilet did not flush. The rooms are very modern in themselves and present very well. Disappointed with the meals although it tasted fine the price was twice what it would have been in town for a similar meal. 60000lkr for sri lankan curries for two, a beer and 1 glass of house wine. I did not ask the price first...
