"Acceptable average breakfast, beds need improvement "

"Terrible stay!! If you want to sleep well, DO NOT stay here. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every single word the person on both sides of you are saying. First night, a group of college boys were up until 3 am talking, and the second night, the bar next door (Leatherheads Sports Bar & Grill) had a concert playing until 3am that was so loud our walls shook. We called the police, but they did nothing. Apparently, this concert happens every weekend and there's nothing anyone can do about it. This was shocking in the land of Utah; never where we'd expect it. It's the worst sleep we've ever had from a hotel. Breakfast is fake- slimy watery scrambled eggs, fake sausage, but the waffles are good. The staff was very friendly at 3am when we were trying to get help for the noise next door. Just an overall frustrating stay. We will NEVER stay here again. Also, there's NO elevator, so get ready to lug your stuff up large flights of stairs. "

"Clean rooms"

"Booked my stay with Expedia, then changed plans. My email showed the reservation was cancelled, got a call from hotel that I was a no show. Turns out it wasn't cancelled and hotel will not give a refund. Pretty disappointed this is how I was treated, would recommend choosing a different hotel."

"Disappointed that there was no hot tub and swimming pool was very cold. Rooms were spacious however. "

"Room smelled like smoke so bad we had to buy 5 air fresheners to put in there just to go to sleep "
