“Our guest did not end up staying the night. While she was checking in , the front desk was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Our guest initially checked in and noticed her room was not clean - the toilet didnt flush, the faucet was broken and the lights were flickering. The front desk did refused to give their name and accused our guest of creating these problems. Front desk refused to check it out and see for herself. ”

“Good price but room smelled over clean from cleaning products. Was a little difficult to find comfortable night sleep. Needed fresh air. Friendly staff and great off highway location.”

“The double entry doors to the lobby were not working. You had to manually slide them open and closed. I stayed there for 2 days. In that time i only saw one employee. Managing the front desk. House keeping and janitorial. In all fairness he tried to do the best he could. (Credit for his loyalty to the owners of the hotel) The sheets were dirty. I asked for new sheets on bed. On the 2nd day the guy handed me clean sheets at the front desk for me to make the bed myself. Lobby floor was so...

“Older hotel but mattress was new & comfortable, the flooring was new and the room was clean.”

“Coffee decent, no protein other than peanut butter only cereal and bagels. No tp holder on wall was only on back of toilet. Towel bar was only partially attached to wall. Door not sealed from hallway … light and sound were coming thru edges of door . Bed was comfortable ”
