“Very quiet there is some construction going on. But the room was very clean beds were soft. I didn't like that the handicapped shower wasn't an adjustable shower. And I didn't get a wheelchair accessible shower where we can get into shower with the wheel chair to make it easier for a disabled person to enter the shower with out lifting their feet preventing a fall.”

“First night in the room, shower didn't have hardly any water pressure. I was able to switch rooms. Next day some "employee" helped himself an walked right in the room, saying it was past check out time. My reservation was from Wednesday through saturday,. I go to front desk ask if everything was ok, they acted like the guy was only there to pick up items for another location. English wasn't their main language, so I walked away.”

“Upon my arrival the staff was on point the ends and outs of the hotel, where everything was and where to find good food near by. Really nice time and would recommend this hotel to anyone that's looking for a top 10 place to stay. Only issue was the parking for the hotel was next to the hotel, you don't have access to the hotel from the parking deck. Which was not a problem at all just a few extra steps.”

“I had a king suite and it was nice size. The closet was spacious, the bathroom was big and the kitchen was nicely appointed. Literally my only issue was they don't have ice machines -- instead they have you turn on the ice maker in your fridge when you first check in. I was there two nights and didn't have any ice to use. Otherwise, the staff was incredible and accomodating. The place was very clean, the laundry facilities have multiple washers and dryers, etc. Highly recommend. I definitely...

“It has gone downhill. It smelled of mildew. The pop machine was broken. We were sent up to our room 4 times with our keys never working. There was a beeping alarm going off all night. It was just very nasty.”
