“Great location, close to everything. Bar was very cool, historic bar, lots of charm, bartenders were friendly, had various music venues in the evenings; fun place to hang out. We arrived in Juneau before checkin & it was nice they held our luggage while we explored town. However, the hotel has a lot to be desired. We knew the hotel was very old, however we felt they could have kept the rooms in much better shape: trim falling off, our shower door only closed if someone o/s of the shower...

“Dirty, rundown, dark and dingy, inattentive staff. The worst hotel I have stayed in 30 years. Heat was running in the room. Had to open the window and run the AC (with a ducktaped vent to the window) to keep the temperature bearable. Staff at the front desk did not care. Door trim at the elevator had been ripped off. Absolutely dreadful. I can't belive you sell this hotel.”
