“Staff, friendly and the view beautiful”

“This brand new conversion to an Aviator Suites is the best conversion in which I've ever stayed. The entire hotel property from the exterior to every fixture and piece of furniture was brand new or overhauled. The airport location is a quick car drive from Mendenhall Glacier, Auke Bay (ferry / harbor), and downtown with each less than ten minutes away so you can pack everything in to some long Alaskan summer days. “We read the reviews and knew the hotel was dated but we were pleasantly surprised and pleased by the staff and accommodations. Breakfast buffet was good and filling. We even had AC in our room. Alaska is expensive. Juneau is expensive- everything has to be shipped in by plane or boat. The hotel is centrally located and convenient to downtown Juneau!”
