“It's hard to find a fault with this property for the value. However, two items would make this hotel perfect. First, we were forced to sit in the lobby for 30 minutes with our luggage and loaded luggage cart because the front desk staff said the manager won't allow him to check guests in more than 15 minutes before check-in time of 3 o'clock pm even though the room was ready. Second, breakfast was all sugar and carbohydrate. You could get a sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, but you...

“The only complaint I have is that I reserved an "accessible" room with a queen bed. When I arrived, all the rooms were either upstairs or downstairs, there was no actual ground floor, and thus no room was fully ADA accessible. Luckily, I can navigate stairs with my disability, it's just painful. But someone who was wheelchair bound would have needed a refund due to the inaccurate listing.”
