"The Hotel Saskatchewan is a beautiful property,full of history and charm.The rooms are well appointed.Great drinks in the bar nice atmosphere although a tad noisy.The only problem we had was on check in.Just as the clerk was going to write the room number on the key cards the information disappeared from the screen.We spent 45 minutes sitting in the lobby,waiting for resolution.It was our 49th anniversary,not the way we wished to start our stay.We have never had problems before,supposedly the system was having issues but while we were waiting others checked in without problems.We received an apology only.I think they could have bought a drink at least."

"Loved location in Regina. Close to restaurants , coffee shops and Wascana Lake , legislature. Employees were very friendly. When I arrived there was a long line up of people to be checked in. One person at the desk. After some time another person arrived to help. Everyone was being patient. I asked to be away from elevator and had a nice room at end of the hallway. Night two however there were two kids above me jumping around for an extensive period of time. The lady at desk did tell me they would move the family the next day which did not happen. There is a nice Starbucks located in the lobby area . Great service !!! Overall great hotel. Lady at desk most of the weekend (night of Oct 10-and day or evening of Oct 11 and checkout on the 12th) was super person to speak to."

"We love staying here! Rooms are always cozy and clean!! However this trip we noticed the pool needs some TLC, the stairs up to water slide were quite dirty as was the pool you exit the water slide into and the hot tub. We were at the pool over an hour and Lifeguards didn’t pick their heads up from their phones more than twice."
