“Too bad that they allow smoking in the casino, because it infiltrates the entire building. As soon as you enter the hotels front doors, you can smell the smoke. Rooms were clean and comfortable but even in my room at the far side of the hotel, you could smell the smoke.”
“We had to get five different key cards. The staff were super great with it but it was frustrating that our key cards constantly didn’t work and we had to get new ones. We were on the ground floor in an accessible room but the shower was literally pointed at the side wall. You couldn’t adjust it so you had to stand against the side wall to shower. Not sure how someone with accessibility needs would use that shower head as it was not easy to maneuver or get off the wall.”
“It was my first time in Regina and everything felt unfamiliar, but the amazing staff made me feel so welcomed and at ease. I stayed here with my two kids, and their kindness meant so much to me. The small kitchen was super convenient, the beds were comfy, and the breakfast was great. This hotel is truly the best value for money, and the location is perfect with plenty of shopping nearby.”
