“I had two rooms. One was old and you could see the water damage and there was plywood in the room. The AC didn’t work. The other one was beautifully updated and had a smart tv so I could watch Netflix. Brand new renovated bathroom as well. I was staying with friends but both rooms were under my name so I could see the huge difference in room quality but I paid the same price which I was peeved about. The gym didn’t even have a bench so I could sit down to lift weights. Doesn’t count as a gym.”
