"I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Meyerhof. The staff members were friendly and welcoming, which made the experience even better. The hotel room was comfortable and well-maintained, giving the feeling that the hotel truly invests in its guests’ comfort. I also appreciated the nice hospitality touches, such as the free tea and coffee machine. The town centre is very close by. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay. "Wonderful. Lovely big room in new building adhacent to hotel. Lovely beds and shower. Both dinner and breakfast were great. Warm welcome from reception. Excellent service in the restaurant from Andrew. Chef appeared and served one dish himself as we needed it gluten free. Highly recommended."

"Excellent rural area but well connected by an hourly bus to Lake Titisee. Other services available if required Hotel is only a 20 minute mostly downhill walk to Lake Titisee but steep uphill back. Hence bus recommendation. We had a comfort room with a balcony big enough for 2 chairs supplied with cushions. Good size room. The mattress was a little hard for our taste. The car park always had spaces. The garden area good. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant but always opted to choose in the evening from the menu. Cosy restaurant with a good atmosphere. Breakfast was good. Very friendly helpful staff "

"This is a lovely little family run hotel in the high Black Forest. The owners were very accommodating, even offering to cook for us on the first night despite it being the one night a week when the restaurant is closed. The hotel owners only took over in December 2024 and are working hard to improve an already lovely place. The breakfast spread was lovely, lots of fresh and delicious food. In the evening the menu is lots of traditional mountain food, again all delicious. The hotel is a ski hotel in the winter, but in the summer when we went it is a great place for family walks up the high peaks of the Black Forest including Seebuck, Feldburg and Herzogenhorn. It is also just a short drive down the hill to Titisee if you want to enjoy the pleasures of the lake or the enormous indoor waterpark. Overall it is a great spot for a few days of mountain peace and beauty. Eating breakfast whilst looking out across the cows on the hill outside eating theirs is a great way to start the day."
