“I am very disappointed with our stay for 2 nights. First, I arrived at 1:30pm and can’t get into front entrance door at all because I need a code which I did not receive until 2:37pm. I was waiting outside of the front door. One of the lady work happen to pass by and saw us (me & my husband) with 2 luggages waiting outside and asked why I don’t get inside and said I should receive the code which I did not. She brought me to the receptionist, immediately the receptionist told me I still owe city...
