“It was our first bad experience of staying in a room with no windows next to the lake. Please be aware when booking. This bedroom should not be offered to guests staying next to the lake. It should be a store room.”

“A great place to stay from the friendly hosts to the comfortable room. The treats in the room to the snacks to purchase. The fridge to keep our drinks cold and the wonderful breakfast hamper. Everything showed how much thought had gone into making our stay the best it could be. There was also a parking spot for every room. We will tell all our friends and family about this lovely idyll.”

“Absolutely loved our stay at The Creggans Inn. The hotel is in a stunning location right on the lochside with ample parking and reasonably hidden secure parking for our motorcycles. The check in was faultless and the rooms immaculate and very, very big with massive bathrooms. The food was really good with a reasonable choice, We rated highly the comprehensive breakfast with ample juice, tea and coffee, Delicious fruit salad, hearty Scottish cooked breakfast and pastries ( although not all in one...

“The rooms seemed okay until we moved back the duvet and found stains and dog hairs the duvet itself was very badly stained we went and told the guy on the desk who didn’t care he took the duvet away to change it but came back with an even worse one”

“It was a spacious room with comfortable beds, nice linens and a clean bathroom. Did not interact with the staff in-person, so can’t comment but the email communication I received was clear. Others have complained about hallway noise, and it is true that everything in the hallways is heard in the rooms but was not an issue during our stay. Fair price.”

“The room had a balcony with a panoramic view of the Loch! We sat out there every day/night sipping wine and enjoying the beauty of the Loch and the surrounding hills. A 3 minute drive to the quaint village of Luss and the local shops and restaurant made this hotel the perfect place to stay. The rooms were spacious with easy access to the beach and the restaurant served excellent food! We definitely would stay here again!”
