“Stayed there 1 night, Sept 30. The hotel is 250 years old. But is updated and lovely! Super charming, clean and comfy. Our room has 2 twin beds. It was a bit small but we didn’t plan to stay in it long. There were cookies and tea in the rooms Loved the nightlight in the bathroom! Very helpful. Only challenges are the parking, It’s at a premium, and all rooms are up stairs so if you have mobility challenges. This hotel is not for you”

“Un accueil chaleureux de la gérante Sarah, une chambre propre, tranquille et disposant de toutes les commodités, un petit-déjeuner extraordinaire avec choix variés de céréale et yogourts et fruits de même qu’un choix de laits chauds préparés à la demande. Nous avons également souper au récurant le Porcini, excellent. Un sans faute et nous recommandons absolument cet endroit. Petits plus : tout est à distance de arche de l’hôtel et le stationnement est disponible sur place..”

“Everything was meticulously prepared and the greatest care was taken to make us feel comfortable and pampered. It is clear that the innkeeper puts the utmost love and thought into each and every detail, the bed was extremely comfortable and the amenities provided were top notch. Highly recommend a stay here and I wish we could have extended our stay beyond the one night we had here. Breakfast was delicious and we had many options. The view of the loch was breathtaking and within five minutes of...

“Not worth the cost. The bathroom fan wasn’t working and the shower drain needs unclogging. I had to stop the water for it to drain or it would have over flown the base. The stove light didn’t work. There was no toaster. No facial tissue/kleenex. The dish sponge was used (not good for someone with food allergies like me). There were only two glasses. And be warned, if you are on the top floor like we were, the sun shines on the sliding door all afternoon and into the evening, making the place...

“This apartment had everything and more..ideally situated just a short walk from Oban train station and the ferry terminal. The apartment itself was well furnished and very clean and the hosts were so easy to get hold if I needed them The property was worth the money for the view alone from the kitchen table as I had my morning coffee I will 100% be staying here again next time my solo travels lead me to Oban”

“The location of the property is a bit tricky to fund but its worth the drive as it's set up overlooking Loch Tay surrounded by sheep farm and mountains. The chalet had everything we needed for our 2 nights. Beds were very comfy! We enjoyed the long walk to the beach, very Scottish, very magical!”

“Liked the quirkiness of the cottage. Like the art work around the rooms, liked they left us milk on arrival. Good instructions on how to get there. The road surface was pretty rough and you had to be very careful when parking. Didnt like the lack of lights at night We arrived when it was dark and the outside light wasnt working made it difficult to see the path had to use torch on my phone. The cottage was small but nice, it was clean and linens smelled freshly washed. It was very quiet. The...
