“Stayed there 1 night, Sept 30. The hotel is 250 years old. But is updated and lovely! Super charming, clean and comfy. Our room has 2 twin beds. It was a bit small but we didn’t plan to stay in it long. There were cookies and tea in the rooms Loved the nightlight in the bathroom! Very helpful. Only challenges are the parking, It’s at a premium, and all rooms are up stairs so if you have mobility challenges. This hotel is not for you”

“This apartment had everything and more..ideally situated just a short walk from Oban train station and the ferry terminal. The apartment itself was well furnished and very clean and the hosts were so easy to get hold if I needed them The property was worth the money for the view alone from the kitchen table as I had my morning coffee I will 100% be staying here again next time my solo travels lead me to Oban”

“We had a wonderful weekend stay at the studio one bed Cabin. The location was 10/10, as we had amazing views of Loch Lomond and it was ideally placed, in the centre of the village, where everything is within short walking distance. The cabin was immaculately clean. Everything was provided for a home from home experience and the host added lots of little extra touches which we really appreciated. We loved that the cabin was pet friendly and that there was a lovely private and enclosed pet safe...

“Such a unique place to stay, and exactly what I wanted. It’s built on stilts into the side of a hill, just above a fabulous Inn. Walking distance (400m ish) from Lochawe train station. It’s not a hotel, so for the nightly cost if you want a hotel this isn’t it. But the view and location if you want to be at peace, in nature with the most incredible views and backdrop, this is it. Very comfortable beds, quiet, fantastic warm shower. Everything we needed (and I’d packed things expecting it to be...
