"Brand new hotel (the taxi driver from the airport didn't know it) and perfect for an economical overnight between flights. Rooms are compact and not fancy but I was surprized by ammenities for this level hotel (free water, safe, microwave, bidet, etc). I arrived late and left in the morning so had limited experience here but all was good. I did not have breakfast or use the shuttle so I can't comment on those (although the shuttle is limited to 20 people, and there are a lot of rooms at the hotel, so I imagine it gets very busy). I did use the little cafe in the lobby for a decent coffee. The only issue was that there was construction going on next to the hotel that caused some noise in the AM after 8 am."

"Shower seal was leaking onto the floor. I adjusted the door but nothing helped. I was excited to use the pool only to find out it’s closed for the winter."

"Breakfast and the the breakfast staff were outstanding. The variety of foods and beverages available was very impressive. The room was cleaned and bed sheets changed every day by a very good cleaning staff. Lastly, the location of the hotel is amazing."

"It location is near metro and even walking, if you are up to it, yo can get to puerta del sol, gran via, cibeles am parque del retiro. Having coffee and soft drink free help a lot"
