"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Calimala so much. The young staff there was so helpful and respectful. Special kudos to Reese, the bellman. He was our hero going above and beyond the call of duty, helping us with transportation issues including train tickets that kept disappearing on my cell phone. Very appreciative of his help as well as his friendly demeanor."

"Very modern and clean hotel. Seen some reviews of people saying the location is not great but there’s a Lidl and some other restaurants and shops down the road. Also around a 5 min walk from the metro, can get you into central Milan in 20 mins. Location was great for us. Hotel was spotless. Housekeeping came everyday and made our room spotless. Staff are very helpful and friendly. I needed a chair and extra pillows in our room and the staff delivered as soon as we asked. Thank you for a pleasant stay. If we visit Milan again, we would definitely stay here again."

"I booked this hotel because it is next to the Unipol Forum, I put a request in for a bath, when I booked in the receptionist didn’t see my request. She did rectify it and downgrades my room and gave me room with a bath. However my colleague was upgraded. His was given Jacuzzi bath,"
