“You can't get anymore convenient to the Mayo Clinic than this hotel. A five minute walk and you are there. The staff was incredible! Just the nicest and most accommodating as they could possibly be. The room we got was spaciest. Some of the bathroom fixtures could use an update but all work fine.”

“The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bed were comfortable and room was all around welcoming. The staff was very nice - Lisa handled my lost items with care and patience to get them returned to me. Linda was very understanding and helpful with check-out with my very demanding Mayo Clinic schedule. The staff was very supportive. Will definitely be staying here for future Mayo Clinic appointments.”

“My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either.”
