“Impressive customer service, everyone was wonderful! The air conditioner is old though so room felt a little warm and stuffy.”

“The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Bed were comfortable and room was all around welcoming. The staff was very nice - Lisa handled my lost items with care and patience to get them returned to me. Linda was very understanding and helpful with check-out with my very demanding Mayo Clinic schedule. The staff was very supportive. Will definitely be staying here for future Mayo Clinic appointments.”

“Our stay was awesome. After traveling 586 miles your bed was so comfortable and we slept like babies. Thank you for such a nice, clean and quiet place to lay our heads down. Thank you again! Keep up the excellent work!”

“My room was not cleaned. There was food on the floor along with plastic silverware and hair in the bathroom. The bed was made but had food and blood spots on the sheets. The pillow cases had drool stains on them. they gave me a second room which the floors were not vacuumed and the pillow spelt terrible. The sheets did look clean. The bathroom had strings and hair on the floor. Very disappointed! The outside was not maintained either.”

“The hotel was very clean & the staff was very kind & helpful! The hotel has an outdoor pool & hot tub (the hot tub was open when I went but the pool wasn’t in April). We could view the Vikings practice field from our hotel room window. Overall nice stay!”
