“Love the adult only water park area. Room was clean and remodeled. Unfortunately I had a bad experience at the restaurant since they were ready to close but still took my group in and then did not provide a good service. Check-in process can take about an hour. It was my first time and had to get a passport card before accessing the water park tickets. Once tickets were received I still had to check it at the water park front desk and at the restaurant. This process could be smoother.”

“Room was clean but had a lingering smell. Laundry room was dirty. Stairwell carpets were very dirty. Front desk help was often unavailable and cleaners who were in the area were trying to help with questions. Breakfast ended at 9:00. Due to our late arrival the evening prior, a bit later would have been beneficial for kids who needed more sleep.”

“The rooms were clean and comfortable. There were two kinds of excellent soups being served when we arrived at 6pm with bread and crackers... we've never seen a hotel do that before! The breakfast was great, too!”

“Staff wasn't at the desk when we came, and our room was not cleaned while we were there.”

“Room was ok but the halls were dirty. Evening staff was friendly when we checked. Lost power in our room in the morning - called the front desk and they said they would be right there to fix - never heard back and we didn’t get any power back. Breakfast was not good at all. Waffle mix was running and didn’t cook very well. Only had cranberry juice and water. Eggs were horrible. I will not stay at this location again.”
