The room was nice. It was close to the lagoon and restaurants. It was a first floor room which was convenient. The king bed was spacious. We didn’t have a luggage space or suitcase stand for unpacking. We enjoyed the lagoon area, especially the hot tubs and adult only areas. Check in was easy.

No hot water whatsoever. Pressure was horrible as well. We have stayed here before just in a different tower which was fine. But the eagle tower near the water park entrance never again. Probably why it was the cheaper rate, kids upstairs from our room as well was running around late into the hours.

We had young kids and the pool was cold. The hot tub was not hot at all- just like the pool. The staff at the hotel was not helpful. We had a couple fighting in the room next to us until 4am. We tried calling the front desk, security and the operator and could not get anyone on the line. The phone would ring and ring
