From the second I checked in, the front desk agents were very attentive. They text me throughout my stay to make sure everything was well, they even brought extra towels to the room within minutes of me calling. It was an excellent experience! I will be returning!

Staff were friendly and helpful upon check in. They texted to see if my room was up to par. Room and facility are clean. Like having a k-cup coffee maker in the room. Good variety of dining options nearby.

Staff was accomodating and friendly. Communal shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and soap is a little off putting. Beds give way too much. No support at all.

Nice place to stay
The hotel was extremely clean and tidy. My room was spacious and comfortable. Everything looks newly updated except for the TVs which is a little strange. The shower head was very high which made it difficult for me to adjust the water pressure. The breakfast wasn't so good - the eggs and biscuits were overcooked. This was a bit of a disappointment since I usually really enjoy a Holiday Inn Express breakfast.

Poor maid service
Had rooms for me and my mom and dad. Left on Saturday to go be with family, came in late only to find that the rooms had not been cleaned, trash had not been emptied, and towels had not been restocked.

Upon arrival, Shaniqua texted to assure that we were satisfied with our room. She was timely in bringing up a crib for our baby to sleep in. She was polite and friendly. The room was very clean and we were pleased with the amenities in the room. The hotel is quiet and well maintained. We very much enjoyed our stay!

Golf trip
When our granddaughter plays in golf tournaments at Pinehurst, we always stay here. The staff is friendly and professional. It is the perfect location to golf courses, restaurants, shops, etc. the free breakfasts are awesome. We will be back in a few months.

This property gained me as a life customer. Excellent rooms, breakfast and service. I arrived early and the lady was kind enough to give me an early check in. Loved every day of it.

Third party bookers are second class citizens. No room service between nights, no receipt because “you booked through a third party” noisy fridge. Going back to Hampton I guess you get what you pay for.

As good as it gets! No complaints.
Common area kept spotless. Staff uber-friendly. Breakfast facility, and staff were fantastic. Nice selection of foods, everything clean as you can get. Rooms, bathrooms were spotless. We have stayed in several area hotels, and have been somewhat disappointed in some fashion. Nothing to complain about here! A+++++ We'll be back!

Everything was top notch from check-in to departure; the staff was friendly & helpful; room was spacious&clean; the walk in shower was spacious with a large folding seat. The breakfast hostess helped my husband with his tray each day. The breakfast options had a wonderful selection from which to choose.
