“Handy alternative if in southern suburbs. Mix of long term residents and short term rentals. On site Café had good offering. Safe, good value for money. ”

“아침 메뉴 훌륭했고 주방도 잘 갖춰져 있었어요. ”

“Lovely little place right near the beach. Only drawback was no living room but loved the hot tub and would be perfect for summer - we were just unlucky with wey”

“Lovely place to stay, security is very good. Very good view of the beach. Easy access to the beach.”

“The curtain is very old and tearing off, sofa and bed not comfy, sunken down, corrosion pot, shower not flowy”

“Super nice”

“Value for money, good location but a bit noisy”

“An exceptional property, with a wonderful vibe. Easy walking to multiple food locations, and easy ride hailing options make everywhere accessible. Amazing view of the mountain!”

“A great central hotel, only just opened and some of the finishing looks a little rough. We very much enjoyed our stay but the acoustics are really bad, very thin doors so people moving around the corridors late at night did disturb us. It's a great location and base of you are out and about a lot exploring the city ”

“Great place”

“I loved staying there. My room had everything I needed, including a washing machine, which was a lifesaver since I’d just come from another trip. The location was great with tons of places to eat and Sea Point promenade nearby. The staff were so sweet, and I felt totally safe the whole time as a female traveling solo.”

“This place was perfect! It had an amazing view. Everything I needed for cooking. Patrick and the staff were most helpful, They brought us clean towels, a vase for flowers. A container to take the excess food I cooked. This is unusual where I’m from you get the place but no service. This was a 5 star experience at a great price!”

“Very friendly and security staff”

“relatively. The facilities are so so, but the staff isn't very friendly. It wasn't great but it wasn't bad.”

“아파트먼트쪽 와이파이가 안되는게 많이 불편했음”
