“The desk person was also the person with the breakfast. 30 minutes in to breakfast everything was gone, we needed to ask him if there was more food. The grill for the waffles was disgustingly dirty, more than what could happen in 30 minutes. The food was burnt on, there was a tray underneath with grease and flies. This was really disappointing as we have stayed there at least 5 or 6 times going to or coming home from Florida. Doubt I would stay again.”

“Check-in was quick. Employee was friendly. Elevators were quick and clean. Room was spacious and clean and came with coffee maker and refrigerator. Bed was comfortable. Window black-out blinds worked well. Water pressure in the shower was good. The only disappointment was the lack of healthy breakfast options.”

“We didn't know what to expect. This place was up to it's high rating. Julia and the rest of the staff were very accommodating! The place was renovated into the hotel Teo years ago and still feels brand new. The a/c was the quietest we have ever experienced!!
There is one of the coolest little markets next door along with some other places to eat that we will try the next time.
Loved the waterfalls and casino close by.”
