The room was clean as well as the bathroom. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I have stayed here a few times and have never had any issues.

The West End Flats
Rooms were quite large with nice amenities. Comfortable bed and very clean. Nice location and close to Jefferson Center. Will return there next time I stay in Roanoke.
