Lady at front desk was disengaged, no energy had to ask about time of breakfast. Only one cart for luggage carrier. Elevators so thin cart almost didn't fit in it. The room was clean actually spotless and had a separate living room. I used the fitness center and it was very well equipped and had a wonderful breakfast the next day.

It is a nice place to stay for convenience. Easy to get to and within driving distance of many places in Bristol. The area it is in may be a little run down but I felt safe.
