"Since the owners have another property nearby it may take a few minutes to check in while they travel back and forth. I had one issue with the room and the manager was very accommodating and responded as requested."

Stunning area of the country! Natural Bridge is gorgeous! Fairly simple hike at B, too. Shuttles weren't running, but the stairs aren't that bad at all. They're nicely placed apart so you can take a generous step. Lots of places to pause or sit, too.

This place could be a big attraction just like it use to be years ago. It needs an overhaul with landscaping, painting of rooms, and more attractions, e.g. swimming pool, ice skating ring, bowling, horseback riding, Fishing, or something. Come on!

The area itself is wonderful and is worth the travel to get here from California. It is the hotel and the attitude and behavior of one employee that ruined the experience. I can put up with quite a bit and this was not acceptable behavior at all. I a
