“The pictures on Expedia was totally different than in person. The pool wasn't open, there was a cover on it and there was trash and filth on pool cover and in pool area. There was trash on concrete outside of the rooms. I was traveling with a church friend and my parents, so we had 2 different rooms. My parents had to get their pillow case changed because there was black stuff all over them. Myself and our friend stayed in the other room, there was no door on the bathroom and the hot water knob...

“Don't go to this motel during the fourth weekend of August. First, there is a yearly NASCAR-type weekend in the region that attracts too many travelers. Second, it's also on a major truck route heading in and out of North Carolina, so that adds to the increase in use of the rooms by folks who don't take care of things. The motel can't keep up with the bookings. Third, the staff does a terrible job of maintaining the cleanliness of the rooms, and they don't seem to care. Our room had dirty sheets...

“Staff was very nice and welcoming! After being cancelled at another hotel multiple times, I’m glad my partner and I took a chance on this establishment. Not only was the room nice and clean, but just the overall environment was nice and convenient. Only downside is that our room was right next to the busy street, so it did get loud sometimes during the day, but no biggie. Also, the fridge did freeze our drinks and food instead of keeping them at a normal cool temperature. Other than that I’ll be...

“The property canceled our reservations when we arrived because " the AC isn't working". We were told to contact Expedia for a refund. Now we are being told that Expedia can't give us a refund because they can't contact the property.”
