โThe hotel was about what I expected, however the workers, Orlando and Patricia, were lovely and helped with any problem which arose. Terrific customer service. โ
โThe place is spotless, staff are very friendly. It is an older building but only lacks luster. The room is spacious, the bed was comfortable, I only needed a couple extra towels. Breakfast was very good and all I needed to start the day. The pool is great for a quick relaxing swim in the evening. The Staff could not be more helpful. I had family in St. Maryโs Hospital and this was conveniently close. The only complaint I could have is the landscaping leaves a lot to be desired and the...
โThe building is a little old and the carpeting in the hallways is worn, with a dark streak in the center from foot traffic and age stepped into the floor.
But, the service was good. The gentleman at the front desk was professional and efficient. The room itself was not carpeted, much to my relief, as Iโd much rather stay in a room with semi clean hard floors than those with carpet that will feel dirty to the touch, no matter how much theyโre scrubbed.

โThey guy and his wife are pretty descent people and they have great customer service, very friendly. Rooms are okay and clean. There is everything around the hotel from Walgreens to McDonald's and downtown is a 10 minute walk.โ
โThe whole experience was great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Sitting area outside and inside was perfect, very good bacon, egg and chesse on a roll cooked made to orderโ
"The hotel has an old-fashioned feel, but thatโs common for East Coast hotels, so nothing particularly special. The room condition and overall cleanliness were decent. It was inconvenient that there was only one elevator going down to the underground parking lot.
The staff were friendly, especially the valet staff who kindly helped us with our car issue.
Very close to Yale."
