"The air conditioner did not work well; it stopped working soon after we arrived and I called at 10:30 to see if we could have it fixed or be moved because I cannot sleep in the heat. They would not refund me any money when it was listed as an amenity and then did not work. I chose a place with AC believing it would be available. "

"Although the room was clean, my stay overall was subpar. First, the Internet was not very fast, I disconnected and used my phone’s data plan instead. My biggest issue, however, was that my room sat directly above the lobby. Whenever thr automatic doors to the lobby opened and closed, it not only made a noise, but it shook the room. My boyfriend and I slept poorly because we kept waking up to the shaking and sound. The lobby also played music until 11pm or so, which also kept us up. Thankfully the staff did turn it off upon request, but the doors were fairly constant. "
