"Spacious rooms and excellent staff"

"Parking is spacious and easy to access. Short uber trip the BMO centre. Staff allowed us to stay parked in the parking lot when we checked out which was very appreciated. Where our room was the train was noisy enough to make for a rough sleep. No coffee machine, but there is a microwave and fridge that worked great. No smart tv to access any streaming. Finding the room is confusing as the lobby was on level 2 3/4."

"When I booked this hotel the photos ended up not looking anything like what I booked. Where I ended up looked like we were in sex worker central. Maybe you should update your photos so people know that instead of a charming hotel, it’s a place you take your sex worker for the night. I paid my dues and they charged me an extra $31.50.. for what you ask I have no clue. This place sucked and was creepy as heck. I will not return to this place at all."

"The only items we would have at the breakfast is the fruit & cottage cheese, coffee and maybe toast The rest was terrible, tough pancakes, tasteless eggs and sausages. We have eaten supper there before and it was excellent. The accommodation is absolutely excellent."

The staff made an otherwise typical business trip very memorable as they were all exceptional. From the front desk at check-in to the restaurant staff, they were amazing! "I kept stubbing my toe on the lip between the floor and the carpet that surrounds the bed. The lip between the 2 is quite prominent. Staff and cleanliness was great. It was just weird the way they did the floor."
