Flew into Gunnison, took free RMTA shuttle 1/2 mile from the airport—dropped us right in the Mt.Crested Butte Transit Center. Lovely, quiet space. From there a short walk to Elevation Hotel. The next morning, took the free mountain bus down to town—runs every 20 mins super convenient. Clean, spacious rooms, great location, perfect. “The Hillside Inn was a great property on the edge of town. The beds were comfy, memory, foam style beds, a decent size refrigerator, a separate freezer section, and the staff is friendly. Friendly. The breakfast provides cereals, muffins and fruit. Although the property is not located in the heart of downtown Pagosa springs, it actually is more accessible to a lot of outdoor adventures that you would like to do!”
