"Love the location. Nice room. Have been staying here for years. I noticed this year that the place could use some upgrades and upkeeps. Carpet in the room had a little musty smell. Bathroom wall was stained with coffee near garbage pail. Also noticed this in the lobby. Staff wasn’t super friendly. Didn’t answer when I said thank you for bringing beach chairs . Check out staff was not very friendly either."

"We truly appreciated the upgrade during our stay—it was a very nice gesture and made our anniversary trip extra special. However, there were a few things that disappointed us. We were surprised by the parking charge, especially since the hotel’s website states that covered parking spaces are “optional extras.” We called to clarify, but the response was simply that parking is charged, with no explanation of the “optional” wording on the website. We also found it unusual that there were no dental kits or basic care kits available in the room or upon request, which we would normally expect from a hotel of this standard. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but we hope the hotel can improve its communication regarding parking fees and provide more basic amenities for guests."

"Great place to stay and chill out for a few days. The lazy river and pools are amazing and the best I’ve experienced at any hotel. Accommodation is spacious and well maintained. Staff welcoming and friendly. 100% recommended."

"So beautiful! All staff were SO helpful and very friendly. The first day, the adult pool was quite crowded and alcohol was flowing so it got quite noisy, but the rest of the week was perfect."

"Less expensive than other Naples hotels, this location was worth the money. It has a fun vibe, and if your looking to spend your days off site exploring the area, it's a great place to end your day. Even with lots of activity throughout the hotel, the room was quiet and well insulated from the noise."
