"Really nothing negative or very little constructive for me to say about my first time visit to the hotel. From the time I arrived, I was helped out of the car along with my luggage. The check in staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They put me on a upper level room without even requesting. The staff mentioned the spa and health club amenities upon checkin, which I had already and very easily been able to book an appointment for a massage and lap swim prior to my visit. The room was nicely upgraded, beautiful bathroom, and useful in room amenities. I also loved that there is an ice and water machine on every floor. I had a delicious breakfast at the in house restaurant there. Hotel is conveniently located in walking distance of so many great places to eat, bars, other stores and shops, etc.
Overall really enjoyed my massage with Gabriel, it was the first time for myself getting a massage and he and staff were very helpful in explaining everything to me so I knew what to expect. My only critiscm was during my swim at the spa there was a man in the pool with a younger child who was screaming and splashing the majority of the time and going in and out of my reserved lane, this isnt proper behavior for a spa or reserved swim in my opinion. Enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and nice gym and locker room. Overall I would visit again in a heart beat and hope to do so in a month or so before I relocate out east. Perfect staycation for relaxation and fun!"
