"I stayed here with my child for 1 night, with the intentions of 2. Outside of the hotel definitely needs repainted or something, the brick looks very rough, inside of the hotel is beautiful and does not match the condition of the outside. The staff were amazing, except for the restaurant gentleman taking orders. I encountered a cleaning lady and she was even extremely polite and friendly. The complimentary breakfast buffet was definitely the best one I’ve experienced in a hotel, and there were many options to choose from. The pool was chilly, and the hot tub was nice, but both definitely overcrowded. Kids were diving in although there is a no diving sign since this pool only goes to 5’. The parents did not pay attention to their children in the pool area and many were being rude and cannon balling. Our room was clean and looked very nice! The pillows felt amazing and the sheets were soft. However the bed was very hard and made sleeping very difficult. As did the traffic noise through the windows, as you could hear the traffic outside, all hours. This hotel was extremely nice and well worth the price, but we stayed here specifically for the indoor pool, and the overall crowdedness and cold temperature was a let down and after driving there 3 hours and not being able to rest comfortably was a huge disappointment. Perhaps they have different bed types, but the hard King is bed I had is the reason we did not stay for a 2nd night and I’m only giving the hotel a 3 and not a 5. "
