"The pictures and the actual building are worlds apart. The property has no security as anyone walking down the street can walk up to your window or door. The structure itself has cracks and has every sign of a motel. The room was clean and the bed laid nicely. The bath tub was dirty and had questionable stains, hair all over. The AC looks beat down and the ice machine in the hallway.. questionable all around I returned the keys within 10min of check in and booked another hotel. Waste of time and money. The front desk staff were nice and respectful though"

"Front desk super friendly, everything was really clean too! The convenience store is kinda expensive and not many options to choose from (which is kinda expected from hotels in general and it’s also nice they have this option), but other than that it’s great"

"I enjoyed the water portion to the hotel but the rooms were not what I expected , due to renovations there was a horrible paint smell , they only had one elevator working so to get on / off the hotel it would take 10 min every time. We did end up calling the front desk to see if we could get a different room bc the smell was so bad we were getting headaches and we did have a toddler with us, they did end up getting us a different room which was good I guess."

"Top of the scale from pulling up to the Valet/Bellman. To the front desk, where all of are questions were well answered. All staff we come across was Extremely nice and professional. Tim the Valet and Sam at the front desk help us tremendously. The food at The Palm was incredible. Amanda, our server was all around perfection! From explaining the menu and what to expect from what we order and very professional. Amanda was very nice and respectful with us. Myself my wife and our 14yr old daughter. This was a short 2 day stay. We definitely will return for a longer stay! the stay was Amazing!!! Scott"

"Beautiful hotel, The hotel staff was very accommodating. They gave us adjoining rooms which came in very handy. The kids loved the pool and other games there. The proximity to the parks is great. Unlimited express was a nice perk. "
