“I wanted a quiet hotel for one night. And that’s what I got. The hotel is a bit off the highway providing a quiet location. The bathroom was clean, the bedding fresh and the ac worked well and ran quietly. I have been it too many hotels where the ac rattled! I missed not having a coffee maker in the room, but it was provided in the lobby. For a budget hotel, I was very pleased. ”

“Parking was easy, there was no one at the front desk when I got there and had to wait about 10 mins. When I got into the room to go to bed there was a big stink bug in my bed by my pillow. That freaked me out a bit. Towels are so tiny and thin they could barely dry anything”

“We were put on the first floor in a very dirty room. The window did not lock and there were exposed wires in the bathroom. No refund was given when we decided to leave and go somewhere we felt safer.”

“The hot water didn’t work for hours forcing me to check out early. WIFI didn't working forcing me to use an ethernet cable.”

“The hotel is closed completely. We booked in August/paid, and drove in on the 10th. The building was completely locked and dark. Tried calling the hotel directly, and it went straight to answering machine. Had to get a last minute room at another hotel, and they said that Red Roof has been closed for almost a year. In the process of getting a refund from Hotels.com”
