“The check-in person had to go home and wouldn't let anyone check-in until she returned 30-40 min later. We were going to a concert and concerned for our time, we had to skip the swim due to it. Skipping the pool would have happened regardless considering it legitimately held 4 ppl. I'm pretty sure the hot tub was bigger. When she returned she gave us a dirty room. All of this was so time consuming and annoyed me tremendously.”
