“We were given someone else’s room. Thankfully the person had a latch on so we couldn’t get in, but how scary is it that not only were we given a key for someone else’s room, but the front attendant asked me if there was someone in the room when we said we couldn’t get in and the door was latched. The doors that should have been locked on the backside of the building were either not locked or the door just didn’t work. It’s in a weird location as well. “The night of our stay our flight was delayed. When we called the hotel (several times with updates) the front desk attendants were helpful and kind. Finally, after arriving late into the night, we were greeted warmly by name. The entire property was clean, modern, and fresh. Breakfast was a notch above the normal hotel fair. We left feeling energized even, despite the weather delayed flight, causing a little less sleep than hoped for.”

“The room was clean, I was very happy. The showers were amazing. But when you're staying for 3 days a microwave would be really nice because a lot of food gets wasted. They did bring me refrigerator which was very nice for my energy drinks and diet sodas and water. But a microwave would be very very helpful. I had fish and chips down at the sports bar I couldn't finish it all. She said can I can wrap it up? I said no need because there's no microwave anywhere, and cold fish is no good.”

“We at the last minute Booked this Hotel and when you walked in it Smells Wonderful! The Room was very clean, yes normal wear and tear but the bed sheets was clean and the beds was very comfortable! We all got a good nights sleep!! The air works very well as well, we like sleeping in a cold room! Very happy with our stay we will definitely be using them again!!”
