“Everything was great except trying to get towels. I have stayed there a few times and always have to keep asking to get towels put in the room because they never have them in the room when I check in.”
“The room was not very appealing, the floors creaked so bad , there was coffee but no coffee pot, the curtains in bathroom were shredded, the tub for the hot springs was nothing but a concrete box about 3 feet by 5 feet and which you had to fill up yourself , overall it was was an awful stay, will never stay there again.”
“I like to have clean washcloths each day and they were not provided. The breakfast bar ran out of milk and was not replaced so could not eat cereal the last three days. The staff was friendly and plenty of parking. Overall it was a good, clean place to stay but the little things can make a difference.”
