“We were disappointed with the property because we asked on arrival about noise from the speakers outside the bar/restaurant. We were told there were no other rooms available (when the hotel clearly wasn't full). We were located at ground floor practically next the the restaurant. The lady on reception mentioned the quiet time (2 - 5pm), which was also stated on the check in information. On the second day, this quiet time didn't happen - they still played music all day. Unfortunately the...

“Great for the price!”

“Staff were great, nothing too much trouble and great value breakfast”

“The staff were all friendly (including the cleaner) and treated us like family, The room was clean but very small - the wardrobe was so close to the bed it was hard to access. Had a small balcony so airy in hot weather. But the toilet door rattled in the wind. The hotel also had an excellent seafront restaurant where the staff too were friendly and gracious”

“Excellent location. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. Recommend to anyone taking a cruise from the nearby port. Hotel was clean, staff very friendly.”

“The location for a short pre-cruise stay is unbeatable—near the port and train station, with all the needed amenities and more. They stored my luggage so I could explore the city after arriving very early. I had an early tour, and they arranged a nice "box" breakfast for me. The decor was nice and modern, and the staff was attentive.”

“We stayed the night here before boarding our cruise the next morning. Perfect location, amazing staff, and great rooms”

“The staff were all so welcoming and helpful! The room and entire property are just as gorgeous as the photos seem. The included breakfast was tasty with slightly different variety every day. The connected restaurant was my favorite place to eat every evening. Overall fantastic experience, highly recommend.”

“Nice staff !!”
