"We stay one night before we boarded our cruise. Would stay there one night again."

"The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The bar area was very nice, and the drinks were prepared well. One area that could use improvement is the breakfast seating, as there did not appear to be enough seating to comfortably accommodate the volume of guests during peak hours. As an added touch to enhance the guest experience, I believe offering one complimentary drink per adult as part of the guest amenities would be a great addition."

"Our floor had something on it the bottom of our white sandles and beach shoes we covered in black, never mind if you accidentally walked bare foot! Our phone did not work, couldn't call the front desk, had to call the hotel number from my cell phone. The room smelt musty but the beds were comfortable and at least the room was more modernized. I you're staying overnight for a cruise the following morning the ships are very near by. For the price it's worth it."

"Do not reserve here over Mothers Day weekend if you’d like peace, quiet, clean and pool/hot tub time. Due to baseball league tournaments on the Space Coast they are inundated with young kids and families.. at times 10-16 kids in the hot tub. Beach was littered with their garbage, towels, random lost items. The staff was amazing and gracious- cleaning constantly but just unable to keep up. I have stayed here 6+ times and have loved every visit - this weekend was horrid though. Was never able to get even close to the hot tub or pool without screaming, splashing boys or eventually at late evening - then to dirty pool and water. Great spot for the teams to stay. I’ll avoid this hotel next time at all costs. And had to pay $7.00 with tip just to get a cup of coffee in the morning which used to complimentary. Love the location, timing was bad. Staff are wonderful!"
