“I love the hotel I love the room as well but one thing I did not like is $65 per a night for parking was to outrageous then a $300 deposit told me I was gonna get that back soon as I checked out well I had made it home and I still haven’t got my deposit That’s what I don’t like hitting fees other than that I get a hotel of 10 but that parking is outrageous y’all gotta do something about that in that deposit fee we supposed to get it back soon as we check out we should get it back right there”

“I stayed at the Ritz Carlton - Atlanta from Friday 9/5 until Monday 9/8 for a solo family reunion trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Additionally, the cleaning crew did an excellent job maintaining the room and everyday I returned from my adventures, the room was clean and tidy.
