"The facility and the staff were excellent!!! The parking and valet situation were a bit frustrating. The facility was valet only and the drop off could be a bit delayed because the valet and the rideshare were in the same place. And retrieving the car at high volume points took a long time."

"Great option for families staying in downtown with activities in the area. The location is great and the rooms very spacious. The staff is very friendly. Would give it 5 starts but coach and bed aren’t 5 star comfortable and the kitchen could be better stocked."

"Check in time is 4pm. We arrived after 5pm, were told our room wasn’t ready. We also paid for our room in advance, so we were disappointed. We reserved a room with a king size bed. We were given an “upgraded” room with a queen size bed. Our television did not work the first night. We called the front desk & spike with them in person. We were told it was noted & maintenance would fix the issue. Maintenance never came."
