This property, the Grand Stay in Spicer, MN, is in a great location, and has a really comfortable bed, and delicious breakfast, and friendly staff. We would stay here again! And did I mention the good price?!

The facility as a whole was in excellent condition. The entrance, pool & hot tub areas were very quaint and welcoming. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. The bed was a bit hard for my liking but everything else was great! Located across the street from Green Lake which is a great place to rent kayak or hang out at the beach.

Everything was great other than the breakfast. They would be better off without it . Maybe just juice and coffee. The eggs and sausage were like fake, really gross. The pool and hot tub were good, small but fine. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was good. I would stay their again.

Older Hotel. Hotel area very clean along with my room. Bed comfortable . I had the Lake view which was very exciting! It was the Lake and surrounding with many past memories. And to be able to lie on your bed and look out the window and see the lake. Priceless. The beautiful lady at the front desk was So amazing , helpful , kind. Would help you in anyway. I would give her a beautiful star ⭐️ for the weekend. I would recommend this Hotel. Enjoy

Overall it was an ok experience. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Our room seemed really clean. However when we came back up to shower after swimming I found a stain the size of a small dinner plate on the inside of the shower curtain that looked like smeared feces. Can’t confirm that’s what it was but that’s what we all thought it looked like. My sister called down, a staff member came up & changed the shower curtain immediately. But our kids were so grossed out they refused to shower and I felt a bit uneasy too. I don’t know how that stain was missed by cleaning staff. I asked for a new room and they did provide us with a new room which we were grateful for. The staff were friendly. Can’t comment on the breakfast since I accidentally slept through it but my sister said it was good.

I was greeted to prawn entering the hotel with a warm smile. The beds were wonderful bathroom was clean coffee with a complementary breakfast was superb. We will be back next year.

The hotel is old and the switch from Best Western to Grandstay is still in process. Our room was very small, the bathroom was small, the breakfast area is tight, the tables are crowded. That said, the place is clean and staff very friendly.
