The location of this property is fantastic. It is right in the heart of the Palace near bustling activities and great food The rooms are very large by European standards and very apportioned. The staff is very professional and friendly The complementary breakfast has a huge variety of fresh and delicious choices and is constantly maintained by the staff I would definitely highly recommend the place

I had a really lovely stay here. The location was perfect, and the room was amazing — comfortable, clean, and exactly what I needed. The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience even better. Breakfast was also good, with a nice selection. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m back in Split!

The hotel is right in the centre of the old town. Ideally placed for seeing all the historical sites.... You couldn't get closer....and a two minute walk to the promenade. Location is 10/10. You step outside the hotel door and there are numerous restaurants and shops to choose from. The room we had was a deluxe double with city view. It was very spacious and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The breakfast choice has something for every taste. If you're looking for a great hotel with a great location, this is the one you should pick.

The rooms are rustic with original stone work left exposed, cleaned daily with all amenities on your doorstep. Situated within a main square handy for bars and restaurants. All in all a wonderful location with great staff and clean rooms. We were a party of 12 and all rooms compared.

One of the best hotels I have stayed. The check-in was quick and room ready before our arrival. The lady at the desk was very helpful and explained everything. The room was spacious and very nice. The individual air conditioning was an amazing bonus in this heat and worked well. We slept very well. The mattress and the pillows were perfect which I have missed even at the best branded hotels. The breakfast was good with a decent spread. The staff was great. We loved the location and it was really handy staying within the palace walls. We could come in and go out anytime and everything was just meters away. Would definitely recommend the place

Hotel was spotless throughout and right on the main square so perfect location for exploring the waterfront, restaurants and old town. It also has a lift which is quite rare for old town hotels so that was a bonus. The breakfast was great with a good selection of cereals, eggs, cheese, meats, fruit, pastries and bread. The room was cleaned every day and the staff friendly. The only very minor negative thing I can say is that, unless you had a room overlooking the square, the rooms were quite dark and overlooked side street but this didn't really affect our stay and only to be as expected in an old medieval town. All in all we would highly recommend Palace Suites Heritage hotel and had a great stay.

Palace Suites was in the perfect location to see all of Old Town Split! We could walk everywhere (food, Riva and Ferries) There was an elevator in the hotel which was very nice at the end of the day. The breakfast was perfect for the start of the day and our room was clean, perfect for 2 people and very quiet.

Location was excellent. Helpful staff. Great accommodation with lovely, well equipped bathroom. Area is pedestrianised so used the transfer to airport arranged by the hotel. This was great as they helped with carrying bags.

Location is excellent: This hotel is in the Peoples’ Square minutes from the Diocletian Palace. It has an elevator so you don’t have to lug your suitcases up the stairs to your room. There are several restaurants nearby and a cute coffee shop that makes great cappuccinos. The breakfast buffet was really nice and had great food options even for a pick eater. The staff was wonderful and super helpful in arranging a private shuttle to the airport upon our departure which was really early in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.
