It was very quiet. We didnt hear guests walking down the halls or closing doors. We didnt hear tvs or showers running. The room was very clean and well stocked. The breakfast was wonderful. They never ran out of food. It was hot, well-made, tasty. The staff was friendly, helpful, and available. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Definitely will be back.

Wow, foremost, Hampton Inn & Suites Downtown-South has amazing staff! The rooms are clean and well cared for, but the front desk folks in particular have gone above and beyond in anticipating my needs while I've been in town caring for my father who just started hospice this week. Kudos to the management team on down to every staff member. I would happily stay here again or recommend this hotel to anyone, especially if they have ailing family or friends in the nearby hospitals or elsewhere in Spokane -- easy access to everything and onsite parking garage is included.

This hotel was in great condition. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast very good. Very clean. Great location for our needs. Our only complaints are that the bed seemed old and hard. The walls/floors are also thin so we were kept up by loud late arrivals above us. Hotel staff was very prompt to address this on our behalf when we called the front desk, though. Staff was top notch.
