Nothing other than the staff was acceptable. The electricity went out just 8 hours into our 2 day stay and was not restored when we finally moved to another hotel after waiting over 14 hours for electrical reatoration. None of this was the fault of hotel staff, however was very stressful for my and my husband. My husband had had surgery early that morning and was to rest there until the next morning. It became an untenable situation and we moved to another hotel, which was very difficult. The staff has worked with Expedia to issue a refund for one of the two days, for which we are very grateful. My suggestion would be a back up generator that would allow the entire hotel to have electical service during an outage.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was good. Our room was clean but it took over 5 minutes to get warm water for a shower and it never got hot, just warm enough to tolerate. The hotel is under construction and our room was right under the garbage shoot, which was loud and a bit unsafe during the wind storm. Debis was hitting the side if the building and the window in our room. The staff was quick to investigate and offered us a different room. Our last night the facility lost power and we ended up leaving at 0300. Our stay was nice the first day but ended on a bad note.

Room for improvement on cleanliness, hard beds, lumpy and hard pillows, and the room had a mildew smell to it. We stayed at the North end of hotel, and experienced "shady characters" at night taking used tires out of the dumpster next to Northwest Tire, and more "shady characters" creeping around in the same area using the dumpster area as a toilet. This was all on the hotel parking property, and should probably be looked into. To finalize our 3 night stay, the high winds blew a tree over that landed on the power lines. This knocked out the power for most of the night and through the early morning, so we checked out earlier than anticipated, since our room was too dark to safely navigate. The staff were all really good, and should not be held accountable for our over overall experience.

It was a very loud hotel. The fridge, the heater, and I don't know what else in the room was humming. I'm a light sleeper, so I did not sleep well while I was here. When we asked for two towels and for housekeeping to take out the trash, they didn't take out the trash or give us more towels, they just left two rolls of toilet paper on the bathroom counter. The breakfast was minimal and not very good - although the waffles were enjoyable. The staff at the front desk was super nice and professional, though!
