โCarrie, the front desk employee was AMAZING at helping me and my husband get a room. Spite a few obstacles, she helped us with no hesitation. I think she definitely deserves to get a raise!!! When i asked for an extra blanket for the pull-out couch... i told her i would come back down in a few minutes to grab it from her! She brought it straight up to our room!!! She goes above and beyond. I also saw her giving every guest the same extraordinary service.

โIf I could leave a comment with photos I would. There were cockroaches the size of a bic lighter in this room. Couldnโt get deposit back until next day+3-10 business days. Which I understood. But I left by 8:30 PM after checking in, getting food, coming back and seeing the pathetic excuse for cleanliness. No refund. I ended up sleeping in my truck on my jobsite and paying for the room. Nasty. โ
