"It’s across the street from the basketball hall of fame which is convenient & about 11 minutes from Six Flags. The hotel itself was clean and the breakfast had make your own waffles which kids loved. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. Bad thing was the location. VERY bad area. Lots of homeless drug users. "

"Parking was easy and it has great access from the highway and it’s close to shops and restaurants. Room was tidy, but there were some small issues. Nothing that would stop me from staying there again. Good value if you don’t want to spend a lot to stay in the Springfield area. "

"Was the best laid out handicap room we have ever stayed in. We are often looking for a two queen room with a roll-in shower and are only offered a king room. This room had ample room for our daughter’s power wheelchair and the travel chair we use in the room. The shower was wide enough for her to feel safe in, and the bathroom had plenty of room to maneuver a wheelchair. The best thing was the rolling desk/table. We had room to put it between the two beds to use as a nightstand where she could charge and reach her phone."

"I feel like the picture has nothing to do with the place. The place was nothing like the picture but when you need something last minute, it is what it is."

"This is the third or fourth Hilton Garden Inn that we've stayed at with our dog. He's a pro at hotel life, the Hilton Garden Inn definitely makes it easier than some hotels. This particular one has a small but very clean dog area outside of the hotel. They placed us on the second floor to get in and out easily but you couldn't take the stairwell outside without triggering a fire alarm. Seems odd to not have the option to take the stairs."
