WORST EXPERIENCE IN A HOTEL EVER! Direct TV was down our entire stay and of course no one bothered to mention that at check in and they were aware BEFORE we arrived (should have been my first sign to RUN) We get to our room it had not be cleaned or restocked, only the beds were made. We had no shampoo or conditioner, no toilet paper, no towels. The mirrors were filthy! Went to the pool Saturday and it was also a mess in there and had no towels….went back throughout our stay and the same mess was still there and the towels were never restocked either. They never cleaned our room while we were there and when we brought it to the front desk attendant’s attention she said “yea, sorry our housekeepers are lazy” and still never sent anyone to clean it. The place is gross and the staff is worse. Trust me, do yourself a favor and don’t stay here!

The hotel is obviously recently under new management. The hotel staff are nice and polite and i can tell the new owners are trying but maybe hotel management isn't the right for for them. I will give them the credit of the bed was one of the comfiest I've slept in in a hotel in a long time. The list of things that made me not want to stay there again we're things like overly nice and slightly intruding owners, the pool area that was so humid it was worse than stepping outside of Orlando Airport, mouse traps in more areas than should be, rooms not ready by any means (after talking to others i think ours was the only one that was ready), needing to get new room keys at least 3 times, broken fixtures in bathroom, basic maintenance in the rooms not kept up, sketchy elevator and not to mention a "hold" when i checked in that was the entire amount and when i asked to have the charge moved to another card when i checked out i was charged two more times for the entire stay. Being charged three times, for whatever reason they want to give is unnecessary, thankfully i got that resolved and on the right card. No idea how the breakfast is, we opted to go to McDonald's instead. The bed was VERY comfy, i slept well but id rather pitch a tent in the field behind the hotel next time.

The room was not cleaned properly, no towels at all in the room, the room was moist and had humidity on the mirrors when we entered.

The toilet in my room kept running, the exhust fan in the bathroom didnt work, there was no ice machine on the 3rd floor, and the bedding was all stained up and unclean. And most of the light housings in the halls were broken and the elevator was too slow. But the staff was awsome as well as the breakfast.

Staff allowed a party until close to midnight, in the parking lot where 20-30 people (including kids) were allowed to play loud music on a radio, kids running around the parking lot screaming directly in front of the motel, our window. The bathroom was filthy, toilet bowl had stains in it as though it had not been cleaned in weeks, soap scum in the shower, on the walls and faucet. The tile in the bathroom around the toilet was all cracked and the toilet was unsteady when sitting down.

Only one chair in the room for two! Only one cup for coffee! I guess we were supposed to take turns. Toilet wasn't as clean as expected for a Holiday Inn. There was no fan in the bathroom. The furniture looked beat up. The pool room was way too hot. The railing toget into the pool was wabbly. The hot tub was not working properly and the railing was rusty. The edge of the hottub was dirty looking. Will definitely not stay there again. Breakfast ...the pancake machine didn't work.

When I got to my room there was dirt clumps on the floor like a worker with dirty boots/shoes had been in there after the housecleaning had been there. I told the employee at the front desk and he swept and vacuumed my room. Fine hotel for the price.
